- If you receive a damaged or defective garment, we offer a one-time repair service. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
- To request a repair, please email our customer service team at shop@jadechristina.co with your receipt and a description of the issue. Include clear photos of the damage to facilitate the repair process.
- We will assess the damage and provide instructions on how to send the garment to us for repair.
- The repair service is limited to one-time only per garment and does not cover damages resulting from wear and tear or misuse.
**3. Repair Timeframe:**
- Repair times may vary depending on the nature of the damage and our current workload. We will provide an estimated timeframe when we confirm receipt of your garment.
**4. Shipping Costs:**
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the garment to us for repair. We will cover the cost of returning the repaired item to you.

- We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to new purchases made after the update.
